Construction
Our focus in construction is to help owners, developers, landlords, tenants
and municipalities in their dealings with architects, consultants, contractors and bidders.
We prepare and negotiate construction contracts, architect's agreements,
consultant's agreements, bid documents and permutations of these basic contract
types, including design-build, construction management and prime
subcontractor agreements. While many of those agreements are AIA-based,
we also prepare and work with custom forms when appropriate.
Since 2006, our firm has represented clients as lead construction counsel on projects with estimated construction costs in excess of $2 billion.
